Everyone is already salivating over his upcoming Australian tour next year and it looks like Skepta will be playing yet another show on our shores at Sydney’s Field Day festival on January 1. Just the third act to be confirmed for the New Year’s Day festival, this is sure to make Sydney-siders feel a little better about missing out on his previously announced east coast gig. His Melbourne tour date, which is slated for the following week, has already sold out, with Perth also getting an appearance from the badman at Origin NYE on December 31, and this is (hopefully) an indication of more shows to be announced. We’ll definitely be keeping our eyes peeled for more news but in the meantime, Sydney fans should probably be reserving some dollars for that January 1 date. Find out more about Field Day here.
